He suggested I submit a bio-letter, which in the end, the sellers loved and decided to offer the place to me based on the letter written even though someone else offered the same bid. He was committed to officiant and speedy responses to keep in touch with listing agent and when needed, he was available 24/7 and responded with swiftness to put an offer in quickly and counter if needed. Luke, unlike other agents I've seen, does the leg work to get all questions and concerns answered, inspectors inspecting and issues with the potential purchase solved, and no matter what, supports the decision of the client.
